French Toast


Cinnamon Raisin Bread

2 Eggs

1/3 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 C. Milk

4 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine, room temperature

1/4 C. Brown Sugar

Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste

1 Tsp. Chocolate Powder

Pinch Chili Powder

Combine buttermilk, eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate, chili powder in a dish large enough for slices of cinnamon raisin bread.  In separate bowl mix the brown sugar and room temperature butter. Use the butter to grease the pan for the french toast. Dip the bread in the milk mixture, flip and dip again, and then put in the pan and cook until each side is golden brown. Serve with syrup.
